I’m Monica Fino, an interior architect with over 20 years’ experience in property development and design.
I run Newday Property, a design-led property investment and development company working alongside private investors, builders and professional teams to deliver high-quality residential projects.
After qualifying at the University of the Arts London (UAL), I began my career working across a wide range of residential schemes — from large family homes to city apartments in central London. Alongside client work, I have also developed my own projects, giving me a clear, real-world understanding of budgets, planning, delivery and risk.
My background in interior architecture shapes every project, shaping decisions around layout, light, flow and liveability, always balanced with commercial clarity and market awareness.
Newday Property was created to bring thoughtful design and careful development together, delivering well-considered homes that perform strongly for investors and work properly as places to live.
